Excellent Area
Very nice small hotel in an excellent area, All around the hotel are shops and restaurants and cafes, so entertaining yourself won’t be a problem. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The restaurant served very good food. All in all, a very pleasant experience. This is hotel is highly recommended.

I would say I love this place so much. The people from front desk until F&B were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Wifi connection was fast. And the location is very perfect, walking distance from Sirkeci Train Station. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Hotel
The sixth time in Ilkay, we feel like home at this hotel with the perfect staff as usual. this hotel is highly recommended for the great hospitality, helpful staff and perfect location.. Looking forward to visit Istanbul and Ilkay again.

Excellent Hotel Location
The Hotel is well located, near all historical monuments of Sultan Ahmet square like Hagia Sofia, Topcapi palace, the Blue Mosque, the Turkish and Islamic museum and many other interesting places to visit (max 7mn walk). There is a tram station behind the building (3mn walk). It very easy to reach other squares (Karaköy, Taksim...). The staff is very kind and speak English and French. Can't wait to return to this Hotel and discover more about the beautiful city of Istanbul.

Excellent
I stayed in Lalahan for three days. It's everything I look for from a hotel: exceptional location (5 min walk from Hagia Sophia), nice staff, clean and well decorated room, brilliant breakfast. I recommend Lalahan for anyone visiting Istanbul.

A home away from home
A great place to explore Istanbul with major sights all within walking distance. The room is spacious and well equipped. The best thing about the place is the people within the place who are like friends rather than strangers. Highly recommended.

Amazing Hospitality!
I had stayed with my friends during the Christmas time at Lalahan Hotel. It was a fabulous stay in every way. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough. The buffet breakfast was perfect. The area was also good. There are many local restaurants, pubs around the hotel. The location is very central. This hotel definitely matched our expectations. Thank you Lalahan.

Clean rooms, central location and excellent staff.
What more can you add to the title. Highly recommend this hotel for its location in the old city and close to the major attractions. Hotel was booked by our tour operator. Staff always willing to help and breakfast was plentiful and included scrambled eggs. Would stay here again for sure.

Nostalgic hotel with excellent service
We spent six nights at this hotel: our deluxe room 1405, with balcony, overlooked Gulhane Park, with its active birdlife including green parrots. All staff (reception, breakfast room and room cleaners), were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes which were varied each day. The freshly baked bread and pastries were very tempting. Wi-fi was excellent and we appreciated the there were coffee-making facilities in the room. The hotel is located close to places of interest, but the area is quiet as the road is partially closed to traffic.

Excellent hotel and staff!
Our main purpose of travel to Istanbul was for a Family Reunion. We booked 2 triple rooms at Hotellino and stayed for 6 nights with a delicious breakfast buffet served every morning. We also had Wifi at the hotel and the Wifi speed was excellent. Hotellino is located in the old city and it was the perfect base for all major sight seeing locations as everything was situated within a few minutes walk. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. We all loved the hotel and made many long lasting memories! I would recommend Hotellino to everyone, friends, couples, solos etc..

Still my favourite hotel
My third stay at this hotel and it still is my favourite hotel in the world. The staff, the location, the breakfast spread and the overall service is just unbeatable. What makes this hotel special is of course, its people. The staff at SM treat you like family and they go out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of and feel comfortable staying there. I have stayed here alone, with my Mum and this time around, I stayed with my 4 siblings. All of us agree that this hotel is truly exceptional and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at while visiting Istanbul.

Amazing!
Great service, wonderful staff. With great location, everyone is very nice and polite, my mom really loves this place and she had a wonderful birthday trip. Definitely will come back next year!
